I am craving for a new sensation in KL now. Its FROYO! What is Froyo? Its short for Frozen Yogurt. Froyo made from different fruits and its frozen. Froyo tastes like ice-cream but healthier. But mind you, the price range is almost on par with Baskin Robbins or Haagen Dazs.
I found out there are two franchises in KL that sells Froyo. Tutti-Frutti and Yogurt Boyz.
Tutti Frutti was brought into Malaysia by Naza Group. Priced at RM0.53 per 10grams. In the stores, you will can choose up to 18 types of fruit, mixed them up and add toppings. The final price will be based on how heavy is your cup of Froyo. If you are not cautious, your Froyo might cost over RM10 a cup.
At the time of this article, Tutti Frutti can be found at:
Find out more here:
Yogurt Boyz offer cheaper Froyo in their stores. Beside Froyo, they are selling other western and kopitiam food as well. The main difference between Yogurt Boyz and Tutti Frutti is they do not offer as much choice as Tutti Frutti. They will serve 2 types Froyo, Original Flavour and Fruit of the day. The price ranged from RM3 – RM6 a cup varies from flavour and toppings.
Currently, I only found Yogurt Boyz at Bukit Jalil which is located at the same row as Kai Woh Pau.

Hi there, curious on how usual routine as a Sungai Petani citizen in their hometown? A peaceful life will be merrier if you follow how the usual we live here. Relax and happy.
7.30 am
Usually the people in Sungai Petani will wake up around this time to hunt for food before off to their work. After cleaning up themselves, first thing on their mind is food! Famous breakfasts for us are Ah Niu wantan mee, Kuih Chap or foods in the Market.
9.00 am
Work work work…
12.00 noon
Lunch time! Where will we go to feast this time? Economy rice is cheap in Sungai Petani RM2.50 to RM5.00. Else you can opt for Chicken Rice at Jalan Dewa where a lot people will queue up for a plate. After that, work continue until our stomach grumble…
3.00 pm
Maybe this time is too early for break, but Sungai Petani is hot. Head over to the bus station and take the famous ice-blended beside the river. You may choose Jagung Ka, To Dao Ka or fruit blended like Assam Ka. If you are indecisive, then choose the default Si Sua Ka!
5.00 pm
We need some food now after some hard works. Go to Ji Ke at Jalan Dewa for wide variety of snack, from Laksa to Jawa Mee or Po Pia to Fried Chicken. Any food there is nice.
8.00 pm
If you do not want to eat home cook food for dinner, Sungai Petani dinner will not fail you too. Ikan Bakar at Dataran Ikan Bakar is sumptuous if you are ready for it. If you favor non-halal food, Good Luck Bak Kut Teh will let you remember the taste of good Bak Kut Teh outside Klang.
10.30 pm
Supper Time! If you can afford it, lets go to Village Mall area for Autumn Cafe for chickas or Old Town Coffee there. If you like the favor of Sungai Petani and save some bucks, head over to Ah Pai Nasi Lemak to whallop the tiny nasi lemak and make your Record here.
